Festival Conditions

• Please, fill and send us the participation contact form with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• Accommodation: Groups will stay at Turban Hotel. The number of participants are NOT limited.
• Folklore Dancers’ (except accompanying people) age must be between 8-45 years old.
• The folklore groups are requested to arrive in Akçay on 18 May 2016 – 12:00 and depart on 23 May 2016 – 12:00, after breakfast.
• Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate.
• Each folklore group should bring flags of their countries with them.
• We will prefer for folklore dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable. (CD/USB memory stick)
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
• 100 Lt. Diesel will be given for these activities to each bus – (If folklore groups come by bus)
• The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
